SharesThe new year usually brings with it resolutions of all sorts, but for most people getting in shape or getting in better shape is a top priority.
The fitness industry makes millions upon millions of dollars selling products to help us change our bodies. If you aren’t familiar with the exercises listed, the following videos will explain them and show you proper form. You are my hero, I have been trying to make a plan for 2015 that I would be able to keep to and I really think this will be it.


If you are not a beginner, you can add these to your current plan or increase the sets to your fitness level. If you are just discovering this plan you can opt to jump right in with the February plan but if you are a true beginner you might want to start with January and just remain a month behind. If you aren’t familiar with the exercises listed, the following videos will explain them and show you proper form. January has some repetition in order to get you comfortable with the moves and committed to the routine, but I promise that February will get a bit more fun and varied. I’m already a runner working on training up to a full marathon so these body workouts will be great additions to my running plan.
