In this post we review the units currently for sale, unit pricing, pending sales as well recent sales and sales prices. We see from this report that the average price for a Galt Ocean Mile condo for sale in L’Ambiance is $1,157,450 and the median price is $1,212,450.
We see from this report that the median price for a new luxury condo listing here in L’Ambiance is $1,212,450.
