U0407-IMPLAUSIBLE DATA RECEIVED FROM GLOW PLUG CONTROL MODULE

• When Monitored:

  Continuously while the system is active.

• Set Condition:

  An error message has been received over the bus from the Glow Plug Control Module (GPCM).

Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. (Refer to 9 - ENGINE - DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING)

• Replace and program the Glow Plug Control Module (GPCM) in accordance with the Service Information.
• Perform the ECM Verification Test Ver. 1. (Refer to 9 - ENGINE - STANDARD PROCEDURE)

• Refer to the INTERMITTENT CONDITION Diagnostic Procedure. (Refer to 9 - ENGINE - DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING)
• Perform the ECM Verification Test Ver. 1. (Refer to 9 - ENGINE - STANDARD PROCEDURE)
