BULB - HEADLAMP - EXPORT
CAUTION:
Always use the correct bulb size and type for replacement. An incorrect bulb size or type may overheat and cause damage to the lamp, the socket or the lamp wiring.
CAUTION:
Do not contaminate the bulb glass by touching it with your fingers or by allowing it to contact other oily surfaces. Shortened bulb life will result.

Insert the headlamp bulb (4) into the keyed opening in the headlamp unit housing (1).
2.
Be certain the bulb is fully seated in the headlamp, then pivot the wire bulb retainer back over the bulb flange.
3.
Pinch the two ends of the wire bulb retainer together and engage them under the hooks to secure them against the flange of the headlamp bulb.

Position the center openings of the rubber boot seal (2) over the base of the headlamp bulb and engage it fully over the bulb base.
5.
Position the outer circumference of the boot seal over the flange on the back of the headlamp unit housing and pull it down around the circumference housing flange until it is fully engaged.
6.
Reinstall the headlamp unit into the mounting collar (3).

7.
Reconnect the battery negative cable.
