This summer, thrill-seeking sports starswill attempt tricks noone
has ever seenbefore in action-sports-meets-circus-arena show
NitroCircus. Stunt riderswill fly up to 12mhighover gaps of 23m
on everything frommotorbikes and tricycles to shopping trolleys.
Former British freestylemotocross champion JamieSquibbhas
been jumping hismotorbike since hewas six years old. His favour-
ite trick is thewhip. “When you hit the ramp and throw thebike
sideways, as flat as you can, it’s thebest feeling,” he says. “People
can’t actuallybelievewhat they are seeing.” Freestylemotocross
is best seen in the flesh, urges Squibb. “Youget a scale that you
can’t see fromwatching it onTV –we’regoinghigh and far. It looks
somuchmoredangerous. NitroCircus is thebiggest andbest
