Designed to feel more like the personalized
service enjoyed at anupscale restaurant,we’re
reducing noise levels by eliminating carts in
First Class and reducing cart use in Business
Class by hand-delivering entrees. Business
Class customers also enjoy anupdateddessert
service.
While in flight, First and Business Class
customers can enjoynewmenu itemswithup-
dated, more modern china, new flatware and
upgraded linens. In addition, First Class cus-
tomers receive a textured placemat, napkin
ring, accentwater glass and amuse-bouche.
First Class customers can enjoy an inflight
wine sampling andwill receive a tasting card
to assist in their selections. All offerings are
specially chosen for the flight by American’s
wine consultant,KenChase.
We’re also enhancing your food and bever-
agechoicesby introducinga soupoptionanda
customizable pasta entrée, expanding Ameri-
can's signature sundae cart, providing abreak-
fast card for First Class customers, increasing
breadoptionsandofferingapre-landing sweet
treat and spawater for First Class customers.
American is the first of anyU.S. airline to
offer a refreshment bar to premium class cus-
tomers, now available on our 777-300 planes.
Travelers can enjoy a selection of sweet and
savory snacks, available anytime between
meal services. Passengers traveling on select
international flights can enjoy complimentary
