More About Mount Pleasant, SC
Mount Pleasant is a large suburban town in Charleston County, South Carolina, United States. It is the fourth largest municipality and largest town in South Carolina, and for several years was one of the state’s fastest-growing areas, doubling in population between 1990 and 2000. The population was 67,843 at the 2010 census.[1] The estimated population in 2019 was 91,684.[2]
At the foot of the Arthur Ravenel Bridge is Patriots Point, a naval and maritime museum, home to the World War II aircraft carrier USS Yorktown, which is now a museum ship. The Ravenel Bridge, an eight-lane highway that was completed in 2005, spans the Cooper River and links Mount Pleasant with the city of Charleston.[5]
The site of Mount Pleasant was originally occupied by the Sewee people, an Algonquian language-speaking tribe. The first white settlers arrived from England on July 6, 1680, under the leadership of Captain Florentia O’Sullivan. Captain O’Sullivan had been granted 2,340 acres (950 ha), which included not only the island that bears his name, but also the land that was to become Mount Pleasant. On the earliest map of the time this area was called “North Point”.[6]
In a tropical country like Singapore, the ac system is an important house device. You need to run it all the time to keep the home well-ventilated and comfortable for daily activities. However, your a/c is likely to establish concerns with time since of reasons such as absence of correct maintenance, continuous use, and changing weather condition all resulting in the breakdown of the cooling device.
If an aircon conditioner is leaking, it results in included stress since the appliance stops working to work correctly and hence, fails to offer you and your household the proper cooling that you need to endure the heat. This problem, a bane to the presence of numerous a/c owners, can be attributed to a number of aspects.

There are numerous causes that trigger the dripping and dripping of an aircon. Here are a variety of possible perpetrators: Air leak is among the most common factors that may lead to the ac system dripping and leaking water. For ideal function, the air reaching the a/c unit need to go through the vent.
The air does not go through the vent as it should. If this does not occur, probably the air is dripping which results in suboptimal performance. To confirm whether you’re experiencing an air leakage, you need to do basic troubleshooting by examining the devices to see if there is leakage of air through the grates around the vent.

This is yet another common reason for an air conditioning unit dripping and dripping water. When the air filter ends up being blocked, it hinders the circulation of air through the system. This will cause freezing of the air, and when you turn off the aircon or when the preferred air temperature level is reached, ice formed on the filter starts melting.
If the air filter is clogged or unclean, air flow to the evaporator gets blocked, thus resulting in a drop in temperature. If the coil ends up being too cold, it freezes. When the aircon is switched off, the indoor unit will stop drawing air to the interior, which then leads to warming and results in the melting of built up ice.
The condensation pump is a device situated below the cooling coil. The function of the pump is to drain out water thoroughly so that leak is prevented. When the pump is broken or is malfunctioning since of the accumulation of dust and dirt, it results in water leaking a clear sign that the pump is not working appropriately.
The system comprises the condenser’s coil, a compressor, and the blower motor. As the unit is situated outside, it is more most likely to build up particles and dirt, leading to blockage. It is one of the most typical problems experienced by lots of property owners and aircon owners in Singapore. Clogging in the drain line makes your a/c system dysfunctional.

When these substances collect in the drain, it causes a delay in water drain of the aircon. This might lead to excess inwater stock and spillage. Statistical estimates show that since of the tropical nature of the environment of Singapore, the inflow of water into air conditioning systems is slower than average.
This can result in your aircon dripping and dripping water. If the a/c system is not installed correctly, it could be a significant reason for water dripping. While you get the aircon installed, ensure that the front part is cooler than the rear part. By ensuring this, the water will be drained pipes correctly so that it will not leak.
To prevent this, your cooling ought to be installed with an appropriate inclination to prevent leak. Improper disposition of the system might cause the failure to effectively drain pipes water. As holds true for any other house device, your aircon also needs correct and timely upkeep. Ensure you clean the system as lot of times as you can.
You might likewise check if the evaporator coil is working correctly and ensure it is not in the early phases of rusting. If not done frequently, the issues of an aircon dripping water might concern plague you regularly. Whenever there is a participation of iron, it results in rusting because of the action of water and air (oxygen).
Relentless rusting in the drain pan is likely to make the unit obstructed, providing method to the obstruction of the flow of water exterior. This eventually leads to spilling and leads to air conditioning leak. The evaporator coil is positioned in the interior of the aircon. If you open the door to your aircon and discover the coil gathered inside, it implies the speed of melting is slower and this causes water spilling over the drain pan.
