  RLHC Is Working with Oracle to Resolve Issues  
  Use the Oracle Support Login Information Below to Report Issues
 

2 November 2015 – Over the past few days we have had some hotels experiencing intermittent connectivity issues while trying to access the Opera system. The RLHC IT team & Oracle have been working together to resolve all issues and made significant progress in the last 24 hours. There is a plan currently in place that is expected to provide complete resolution in the near future.

As we continue moving forward we appreciate your patience and ask that any hotels experiencing problems continue to report these issues to Oracle support immediately using the instructions below. Using your SI# within My Oracle support will allow you to open a ticket anytime online. Doing so will allow us to better track your issues and escalate them with Oracle.

MY ORACLE SUPPORT LOGIN INFORMATION
Your cutover support representative worked with you on creating your My Oracle Support Username and Password. You can continue to use the phone number below to open cases until you are provided a Support Identifier to add to your login. Then you will be able to create cases online instead of calling in.

Note: You can retrieve your SI # from the My Oracle Support Number below. The Representative over the phone should be able to provide that for you.

You will need to keep an eye out for any communication from Oracle. They should be sending you, if not already the New Order Welcome Letter. The New Order Welcome Letter provides information to the you all about how to get support for an acquired product. It also provides your Support Identifier (SI), which may also be referenced as Customer Support Identifier (CSI), and Main Location Phone Number (MLPN), which they will need once product support is transitioned to MOS.

Oracle | MICROS Customer Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including holidays). You may call support at 1-800-937-2211. This is the same number for both OPERA and MICROS POS support. Please listen closely to the prompts to be transferred to the proper support representative.
