That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board consider minutes from the August 19, 2026 regular session meeting. 

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board consider sponsorship of the Quail Creek Sporting Ranch 2027 Jack Link's Cup scheduled for February 2027.

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board receive an updated overview of all Host Funding Applications received for FY26/27 Funding.

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board consider the David A. Daniel Foundation application for the David A. Daniel Memorial Cattle Battle scheduled for August 27-28, 2027 in the amount of $2,500.

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board consider the Florida Junior Brahman Association application for the FJBA Spring Fling scheduled for April 2-4, 2027 in the amount of $4,000.

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board consider the Okeechobee Youth Livestock Show (OYLS) application for the Show & Sale scheduled for March 13-22, 2027 in the amount of $1,600.

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board consider the Florida Equine Disaster Response host funding application for the Cowtown Classic events in the amount of $12,000.

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board consider the Okeechobee County Cattleman's Association application for the Okeechobee Cowtown Rodeo and the Pete Clemons Memorial Labor Day Rodeo for the total amount of $15,000 ($7,500 per event).

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board consider the Double K Rodeo Productions application for the 11th Annual Okeechobee Extreme Rodeo scheduled for November 6-7, 2026 in the amount of $5,000.

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board consider the 26/27 host funding request for the Southern Most Timed Event Challenge scheduled for June 11-13, 2027 in the amount of $4,000.00.

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board consider the Florida High School Rodeo Association application for the youth rodeos scheduled for October 9-11, 2026, and May 6-9, 2027, in the amount of $9,000 total ($4,500 per event). 

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board consider the Florida Junior High School Rodeo Association application for four youth rodeo events scheduled for January 2027 through September 2027 in the amount of $18,000.

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board consider the All Florida Junior Rodeo Association application for five All Florida Junior Rodeo events scheduled for January 2027 through September 2027 in the amount of $22,500 total ($4,500 each).

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board consider the Florida Little Britches Rodeo Association application for the two events scheduled for October 3-4, 2026 and May 1-2, 2027 in the amount of $4,000 ($2,000 each).

That the Tourist Development Council (TDC) Advisory Board receive a report from the Tourism Department Staff on department updates.
