CONSENT AGENDA

COMMISSIONERS:
For discussion and possible action to approve/disapprove the payment of bills.
For discussion and possible action to approve/disapprove or make a decision regarding the reimbursement for all or part of the unpaid spay/neuter vouchers remitted by Desert Trails Veterinary Clinic, totaling $16,830.00.
For review consideration and possible action on a Business Improvement Program request in an amount of $25,000.00 for Kassity Management Group, doing business as McDonald's Battle Mountain to apply an overlay and stripe the parking lot located at 930 Broyles Ranch Road.
For discussion and possible action to approve/disapprove purchasing the land located at 385 South Mountain Street in Battle Mountain adjacent to the Battle Mountain Cemetery, parcel number 002-220-05. The subject site is a 0.32- acre or 13,939-square foot property in an amount of $43,000.
For discussion and possible action to approve/disapprove Lander County to provide funding to demolish the Lemaire building located at 6 W. Front Street and 80 W. Front Street for future plans to beautify the property. This was approved at the August 18, 2026 Convention & Tourism meeting.
For discussion and possible action to approve/disapprove purchasing the Nevada Rural Health Clinic property located at 121 Main Street, Austin, NV 89310, from the Austin Convention and Tourism Authority Board in an amount not to exceed $35,000.00.
For discussion and possible action to hold a month long county participation and support in a community-wide competition and fundraising initiative called "Paint the Town Cancer Ribbon Colors" in October.
