Request to fund the Kingsbury Volunteer Fire Department for its supplemental funding  for FY 26.

B.

Order Prohibiting Outdoor Burning 

C.

Approve a change order with UES for additional construction materials testing services for the Emergency Operations Center project in the amount of $7,120.00.

D.

Award the Contract for RFP 26-16 Drug Testing Services to DSI Medical, the sole responsive proposer.

E.

Task Orders 1 and 2 with Broaddus & Associates for Owner's Representative Services for the Emergency Operations Center/Warehouse project and the Emergency Response Center project.

Approval of Additional Services Request No. 1 with Pape-Dawson Consulting Engineers, LLC, in the amount of $4,500, for revisions to extend the sanitary sewer line as part of the North Guadalupe Street Public Water and Sanitary Sewer Extensions Project.

EXECUTIVE SESSION: In accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, Subchapter D, the Commissioners Court will convene in a closed session to discuss the following items, and any final action or vote will take place in public:

Pursuant to §551.071: Consultation with the governing body's attorney to deliberate pending or contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, and matters concerning privileged and unprivileged client information deemed confidential by Rule 1.05 of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct.

B.

Pursuant to §551.074: To deliberate the appointment, employment, and duties of a public officer or employee, to-wit: Road and Bridge Administrator and Director of Human Resources (or interim).
