EXECUTIVE SESSION: In accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, Subchapter D, the Commissioners Court will convene in a closed session to discuss the following items, and any final action or vote will take place in public:

 

A.

Pursuant to §551.071: Consultation with the governing body's attorney to deliberate pending or contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, and matters concerning privileged and unprivileged client information deemed confidential by Rule 1.05 of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct.

 

B.

Pursuant to §551.074: To deliberate the appointment, employment, and duties of a public officer or employee, to-wit: Road and Bridge Administrator and Director of Human Resources (or interim).
