Consider a request from Melissa Daywalt and Dr. Amy Crowder (ALC Veterinary Properties) to appeal a decision by the Zoning Board of Appeals for a request for a variance to Article 16, Section 16.1.5, #6, a, i, Freestanding Signs, to allow for a freestanding sign to not be of a monument style in the Highway 92 Overlay.
Applicant is requesting to rezone 2.32+/- acres from AG (General Agriculture) to R-40 (Single-Family Residential).
Applicant is requesting to rezone 69 +/- acres from OI (Office/ Institutional) and R80 (Estate Residential) to LI (Light Industrial).
Applicant is requesting to rezone 1.59 +/- acres from R-40 (Single-Family Residential) to GC (General Commercial). Applicant is also requesting a concurrent variance to Table 10.1: Minimum Buffer Width Between Abutting Districts to reduce the required 35-foot zoning buffer to 20-feet along the eastern and southern property lines adjacent to residentially zoned property.
