PUBLIC COMMENT FORUM
Members of the public are welcome to address the Town Board. Individuals wishing to speak on any agenda item must sign in prior to the start of the meeting and may speak during the Public Comment Forum. The Public Comment Forum allows any member of the public to make their comments prior to Town Board discussion or action on an agenda related matter. Commentators must state name and address for the record. Individual comments are limited to no more than five minutes each. Once the public comment forum ends there will be no additional discussion from the audience. The Town Board may suspend this rule if deemed necessary.
CONSENT AGENDA
All items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Board member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the General Order of Business and considered at this point on the agenda.

PLAN COMMISSION ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION
Resolution 2026-11 Rezoning of Parcels 030063500 and 030062307 from AGD General Agriculture to RSF Single Family Residential – For Approval/Denial.
Motion to approve Resolution 2026-11.
Certified Survey Map for Parcels 030062304, 030063500, 030062307, 030062303 and 030062300 – For Approval/Denial.
Motion to approve the CSM.

Motion to approve the agreement with Ryan Geiger with RG Inspections LLC for building inspector services.
Website Update – For Approval/Denial.
Motion to approve moving forward with the website and close captioning update with Granicus per the attached agreements for the 2027 budget and authorize the Town Administrator to execute the contracts.
CLOSED SESSION
Closed session pursuant to section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin State Statutes: Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. The board will then reconvene into open session under Section 19.85(2) of the Wisconsin State Statutes and act if appropriate. Clerk/Treasurer Recruitment.

Meeting agenda/discussion items and possible action on future Town Board agenda, including specific items for inclusion on or exclusion from a future agenda.
