Mary E. Grassman was born in 1888. She married Achille F. DeBacker, son of Vital Eugene Louis DeBacker and Hortence DeDonder, after 1911. She died in 1963 in St Marys, Pottawatomie County, Kansas. She was buried in Mount Calvary Cemetary, St Marys, Pottawatomie County, Kansas.1
