Fanny C. Dobbs was born in August, 1829 in Georgia.2 She was the daughter of Fortunatus N. Dobbs and Margaret A. Wallace.1 She married Jackson Alexander in 1890 in Haralson County, Georgia.2

Fanny C. Dobbs was also known as Francis C. Dobbs.2
