Published Folders
A published folder is a synchronized, shared workspace.
 
Create a Shared Workspace: Click Publish New Folder. Enter the name of the folder as it will appear on a user's desktop. Click Browse to find the folder to be published. Uncheck the Publish to all Users checkbox to select users and set their permissions.
 
 Manage Access: Click Add Users to modify the access list and set permissions. Click Permissions to set permissions without modifying the access list.
 
Delete a Shared Workspace:: Click Unpublish to stop sharing a folder and remove it from all users' desktops.

Global Access: Published folders are accessible anywhere using Gladinet Cloud Desktop - Team Edition or the web portal. There is also expanding support for mobile device access through Gladinet agents for the iPad, iPhone and more.
