Welcome to the Web Portal

The web portal is a web-based file manager that bridges the gap between your devices and online storage seamlessly. You can access this web interface with all major web browsers and gain immediate access to your files. You can perform click or mouse-drag selections (1), apply actions to multiple selected items via a floating action bar (2), and drag-and-drop items into folders (3) or drag-and-drop files from your PC's desktop.

Main Navigation

The left-side menu (1) lets you switch between your private files/folders ("all my files") or shared/received items ("shared files/folders") via email. Both workspaces offer many security options and granular control of permissions. Action icons and context menus appear when you hover over or perform a right-click on an item (2).

Manage Team Folders

If you are a Tenant Administrator, you can create Team Folders by selecting the option to Manage from any folder's contextual menu. The Team Folder will show up on the root folder of each assigned user. You can assign a folder to a user by adding the user to the Collaborators tab of the Team Folder. Furthermore, permissions can be defined for the folder and it's sub-folders from the Folder Permissions tab.

Share Folders and Files

Team Folders facilitate sharing and collaboration with users in your organization. But, you may also want to share files and folders with users outside of your organization. The sharing feature allows you to distribute your files and folders with anyone who has an email address. The sharing wizard (2) is accessible from an item's contextual menu (1). The Sharing and Collaboration menu option allows you to edit existing Shares or Team Folders (3).
