Accessing Your Storage

The web portal ({ExternalDNS}/portal/LoginPage.aspx) provides most of the functionality for creating and accessing shares but, for a richer, native experience, you can also download the Client for Windows from the web portal's top-right menu. This software installs directly on your PC and provides a seamless user-experience within Windows. A Mac OSX version of the Client is also available for download.

Anywhere-Access to Local and Published Folders

Your {ProductName} drive will contain all the published folders that you can access. Please contact your administrator if you need to access additional contents.

You can also add your local folders to the cloud so you can access them from any location without waiting for them to be uploaded to your cloud storage. For example, if you want to access your work's "My Documents" folder from your home, just add the My Documents folder to the {ProductName}. Everything will be immediately accessible on the cloud, no matter how large the folder's contents are. You can add as many folders and files as you want to your Cloud drive.

If you need to access {ProductName} from an unsupported device, you may also use the {ProductName} Web Portal, which works with all major web browsers.
