A task will be created when
- files are transferred between local and cloud storage
- a scheduled backup is running
- synchronization occurs between local and cloud storage
- any transfer occurs
A task can be
- user initiated (e.g. you drag and drop files to cloud storage)
- system initiated (e.g. a scheduled backup task or synchronization task)
This is the place to check the status of such tasks.
A task can have many sub-tasks. For example, dragging and dropping a folder to cloud storage creates a task. The transfer of each file in the folder is a sub-task.
-
A sub-task can be in a pending state if there are other files ahead of the sub-task.
-
A sub-task can be in a pending-retry state if the transfer has been tried once and failed.
