Amend CSSB 17 (house committee report) on page 4, between lines 18 and 19, by inserting the following appropriately numbered subdivision and renumbering subsequent subdivisions and cross-references to those subdivisions accordingly:

\r\n (B) holds any contract or service agreement with a government of a designated country; or
