Amend SB 370 (senate committee report) as follows:

(1) In SECTION 1 of the bill, in amended Section 552.117(a)(18), Government Code (page 2, line 58), following "552.024 or 552.1175;" strike "or" and substitute "[or]".

\r\n

(2) In SECTION 1 of the bill, in amended Section 552.117(a)(19), Government Code (page 2, line 63), between ", as applicable" and the period, insert the following:

(20) a current or former employee of a public defender\'s office as defined by Article 26.044(a), Code of Criminal Procedure, regardless of whether the current or former employee complies with Section 552.024 or 552.1175

\r\n

(3) In SECTION 2 of the bill, in amended Section 552.1175(a)(18), Government Code (page 3, line 62), following "Health and Safety Code;" strike "and" and substitute "[~~and~~]".

(4) In SECTION 2 of the bill, in amended Section 552.1175(a)(19), Government Code (page 3, line 65), between ", or assistant federal public defender" and the period, insert the following:
