Amend SB 1188 (house committee report) on page 5, between lines 21 and 22, by inserting the following:
\r\n (c) If an individual\'s biological sex is amended under Subsection (a)(2), the covered entity shall notify the individual that the individual\'s electronic health record information has been amended.
