Amend SB 1621 (house committee report) as follows:
\r\n (1) Strike page 8, line 26, through page 9, line 2, and substitute the following:
\r\n material that:
\r\n (A) contains 50 or more visual depictions of a child engaging in sexual conduct as described by Subsection (a-1)(1); or
\r\n (B) visually depicts
\r\n (2) On page 10, strike lines 16-18 and substitute the following:
\r\n section that at the time of the offense the actor was a judicial or law enforcement officer discharging the officer\'s official duties.
