Amend CSSB 1871 (senate committee report) in SECTION 5 of the bill, in amended Section 37.005(c), Education Code, by striking page 3, line 68 through page 4, line 1 and substituting the following:

(3)  conduct that contains the elements of a violent offense under Section 22.01, 22.011, 22.02, or 22.021, Penal Code;
