Although our task is large, and we are of few, our comrades are valiant, and our aim is true. With this we shall over take the scourge that ravages across our lands. For we are unlike any other of the clans; our Warriors are fierce, our Assassins deadly, our Oracles the best in the land. We are the Shadow League. We are feared by our enemies and respected by our allies. We fight with integrity, honor, passion and respect. To know just one of us is to know all. When the battle is over and the last body has fallen, when you look upon the bloody fields amongst the carnage and destruction, we shall greet you. For we will be the ones who are left. Our vanquished enemies will lie lifeless upon the ground surrounding our feet, yet we will remain.

Get to Know Your Officers

I don't ever want to hear the excuse "I didn't know he/she was an officer." So I'm posting the names of the officers here, AND THEIR ALTS. Now there is no reason for anyone to ever say they didn't know someone was an officer. Our officers are seasoned veterans at this game and they know it inside and out. LISTEN TO THEM!!! They don't tell you things for the thrill of it, they're trying to help you. Just because you've played another game doesn't mean you're an expert at this one. Every game is different and when we tell you something it's not because we're trying to act like we're superior, we want us to be the best guild with the best players. You're welcome to build your character however you wish, but when your actions start affecting groups and other players that's when we have issues. So listen to your officers, show them some respect and happy playing.

If you are offended by the talk on Ventrillo. Then by all means do not listen to the converstions. Our players are not politically correct nor will I force them to be. There are jokes and banter and people having fun. If some one say something that rubs you the wrong way then News Flash turn Ventrillo off. Do not whine in guild chat or to me about something that has offended you. This is an Adult Game you will hear some adult converstions you will hear some rude comments. Catch me on a bad day and you will hear me cursing the lighties. If you can not handle that type of talk then perhaps you should look for another game like "Hello Kitty Adventure Island" or some dam thing. Considering Ventrillo is being provided to the guild at no cost by me. If your going to sit back not talk and whine in guild chat about "things you hear" Let me be the first to tell you what you can do to your self real quick like. .....

Adult Game people grow up.

Recruiting Contest

RECRUITING CONTEST

IMPORTANT ADDITION: DO NOT RECRUIT YOUR OWN CHARACTERS AND EXPECT TO GET CREDIT FOR IT.

Eaon spends a LOT and I mean A LOT of his own money to reward you all for work well done, don't take advantage of that by cheating. If you try it and we figure out you're doing it, not only will you not receive your reward you'll get kicked from the guild.

This is not to say that your alts aren't welcome in the guild, please bring them. Just don't expect to be rewarded for such behavior as trying to recruit your own toon. This is a project designed to grow our guild, not to line your own pockets.

ATTENTION ALL OFFICERS!!!

Through May 13 we are holding a recruiting contest. The officer who recruits the most new members during that time will receive a 30-day exp stone as well as a 30-day no exp drop stone. This contest is open to all officers with hard mode toons within the guild.

As always, we expect the best from you and trust you to only bring in the best for the guild. Of course I will be recruiting too but am not eligible for this prize. Neither is Eaon. So have fun and good luck. Reply to this post with the people that you recruit so that we can keep track.

WE DIDN'T FORGET YOU NORMAL MODES EITHER

Any normal mode member of the guild who brings in at least three other players will be rewarded with a 7-day exp stone from now until May 13. Recruits must be higher than level 15 in order to be eligible.

Shadow League Rules

Eaon, the other officers and I will be working on a set of rules and regulations which all guild members must read and sign to remain a member of the guild. These include rules of conduct as well as rules for admission into the guild. Stay tuned as this list will be updated soon. Here are a few basic rules.

1. Harassment of other guildies will not be tolerated under ANY circumstances. This includes all forms of online harassment and is not limited to cursing, ksing and the like. This is a ZERO TOLERANCE policy. If we see it or are given proof of such harassment you will be banned from the guild with no warning.

2. Our loaner policy. Shadow League is working diligently to create a guild armory full of gear for all classes and levels. If you borrow any of these items they MUST be returned to the armory when you are finished using them. This is to ensure that everyone has the best gear available for his or her level. If you sell or give away any of this gear you will be removed from the guild.

3. All guildies must register with this site and visit it frequently to keep up to date on what is happening in the guild. This is the best way we have to communicate and soon we will have game guides as well as contests for all of you. Registering with the Web site allows us to get to know all of you and communicate things in a timely manner. Use it to get to know your other guildies as well.

4. HAVE FUN!!! I cannot stress that enough. This is a game and something that many of us use to unwind from the stress of our daily lives. If you have a problem, please refrain from taking it out on any of us, and always feel like you can speak directly to me or any of the other officers. My name may be in purple but that does not make me the dictator of this guild. We are all here for the same purpose and the officers can answer your questions as easily as I can in most cases. Think of this as a family, not a hierarchy.

MORE RULES FROM EAON!!!!!

1. No player at any time shall ever curse at some one or harass someone over guild chat or Ventrillo. This will not be tolerated and result in immediate ban from guild.

2. Do not KS others players in the game. If you do you will be warned after three such warnings you will be banned. If another player is KSing you take a screenie of them using F12 browse to: C:\AeriaGames\Shaiya\Screenshots attach to an email and mail to:

3. Do not argue or bad mouth your Officers all Officers have the ability to disban you immediately. Good idea to know your Officers and all there alternate toons.

4. Do not PVP People 10 lvls and lower of your toon this is bad sportsman ship and cheating. This will result in a warning as it reflects badly upon the guild.

5. Officers have toons too so be patient we are also grinding and tying to level. Harassment of Officers for immediate help will result in a warning.
