Chuck thinking I was only brewing incorrectly, we compared them to similar Heart Coffee beans. Via inspecting, cupping and v60 brewing the coffees, the two of us sat to compare and educate. Who was right? Was I drinking sh!t coffee? Listen and find out.

Also shout out to James (@rogue.barista) from Rabbit Crew for making a guest appearance and Document Coffee for the best latte art competition I ever gotten to judge.
