HB 1163 : Changing, or eliminating the Sunday opening, or "blue" laws in North Dakota to allow businesses to choose whether or not to be open at certain times of the day. HB 1296 : Electronic payments of unemployment benefits HB 1333 & SB 2152 : Confidentiality of job applications for Higher Education or other senior state positions. HB 1028 : Sales tax exemption for wind farms.
