The title, "Silence of the Lambs," refers to a conversation between Clarice Starling and Dr. Hannibal Lecter. Dr. Lecter has information about serial killer Buffalo Bill, but won't give Clarice any clues about his identity until she shares some of her childhood memories. She does so by sahring a memory of waking up to the screming of lambs. Jesus talks about lambs (sheep) in the midst of wolves. It used to be that to find jobs, you would look in the classified section of the newspaper. It was not uncommon to see the words “Help Wanted/Needed” in many of the job listings. Technology has changed and improved how we look for jobs but when an employer list job openings they are still communicating one basic message, “Help Wanted/Needed”.
