]]> In the last post we mentioned we launched a new podcast for you. We are pretty excited about it, especially because sometimes it's just so hard to explain complex topics on men, women and relationships via a blog post. It's also a rad way to learn from a guy vs girls perspective, so I hope it helps you tons.

 

Tune in here on how men and women's brains work differently. Specifically the different types of focus men and women have. What us (women) are often thinking about and how men are able to literally zone out everything around them. It's amazing whichever brain your operating on.

 

So Jairek will explain how a women's diffused awareness feels to a man, while I'll explain what it's like to be a woman who walks into a messy room, or who is making love with the lights on, or who is doing 5 things at once. If you're a guy, your mind will be blown.

 

This is super important stuff because our brains operate so completely differently because they are VERY different. It affects so many areas of dating and relationships. For example, when I'm cooking, cleaning, and watching out pup, my husband might be trying to share something with me, yet feels like I'm completely ignoring them. I'm sure you can relate to this situation.

 

Likewise, it's important to know because for men they are single focused, so they are only focused or literally able to do one thing at a time. Men are "single focused". It's really incredible how a man is able to be so laser focused on something will the world around them may be absolutely bonkers.

 

On the flip side, because women's brains have much more connected tissue it allows them to essentially be far more connected to EVERYTHING going on around them be it a pillow out of place while in the middle of making love or cooking dinner while having a conversation and watching tv.
