Existence is futile!!!! That Thing in Las Vegas happened and it was pretty shitty... 2017 came in with so much optimism and went to shit fast. Thoughts on the deaths of Hugh Hefner, Tom Petty and Ralphie May. Mel is playing Paragon hardcore and I played Rock Band 4 for about an hour and we are both on the WWE2K18 hype train!!! On this action packed edition of Slow Burn... I keep on botching the intro like its my job! Mel watched people play video games on the internet and then talks about his wrestling bucket list. We talk Comic Cons and other cons and if Cosplay “models” are an actual thing. In news we Talk about Progress Wrstling's bad luck over her in the states. Is Balor trolling us about the Demon? Sometimes you just got to take a deep breath and just say “Happy Birthday”... I take the Rock covering up his old tattoo way too hard. Glow season 2 is a go! #NXTStPetersburg vs #NXTLargo thoughts... And Dick Flips and how to counter them. Then Mel got up at 3am to watch some NJPW. After the news we go into what happened on RAW and why I like old school wrestling managers. French Fry saw a ghost. Mel has the balls to say that Strowman needs to work on his selling skills. Then we go over some Smackdown and ask the important questions like Do they have a permit for that Ellsworth? We breeze through some NXT and finally Mel was watching some death matches this week and saw a dude take a bump on a ladder of meat cleavers!
