<p><span style="font-weight:400;"><strong>Stage 1</strong> is where we first cognize Happiness, where what we feel emotionally and know intellectually is aligned with what we believe Happiness is.</span></p>
<p><strong>Stage 2</strong> is where we can naturally cognize Happiness in light moments in our life and begin to practice feeling Happiness when dealing with heavy or difficult moments. </p>
<p><span style="font-weight:400;"><strong>Stage 3</strong> is where we begin to put focus on exploring our internal world so we can feel that <span style="text-decoration:underline;">Everything is Exactly as it Should Be</span> both inside and out.</span></p>
