For that reason, we limit collection of your personal information to that which is necessary for us to continually provide you with an enjoyable consumer experience. This privacy policy applies to the Finger Arts website as well as all Finger Arts applications, including Sudoku 2, Solitaire, Spider Solitaire, Spiderette Solitaire, FreeCell Solitaire, Card Games, and Hangman RSS. The Finger Arts website and applications are not intended for, nor targeted towards, children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not download any Finger Arts application or use the Finger Arts website.

Why do we collect your information?

We collect information that we need to provide you with an enjoyable, customized consumer experience as you use the Finger Arts application(s) and website. This information is used to enhance content, features, and functionality.

Personal Information

Finger Arts collects your email address, and any other information that you provide, if you choose to contact us through the application, website, or email. Finger Arts may collect your IP address, which is considered personal information in some countries.

Game Center

Our applications enable you to interface with Game Center, which is Apple's social gaming network. If you choose to provide Game Center with your personal information, such as your user name, you are providing that information directly to Apple, not to Finger Arts. Finger Arts is not responsible for, nor do we access, any personal information that you choose to provide through Game Center.

Non-Personal Information

We may collect data in a form that does not, on its own, permit direct association with any specific individual. We use the anonymous information, for example, to detect operational issues and feature usage so that we can better understand customer behavior and improve our products and services. In order to continue to offer free versions of our applications, we have advertising partners who may collect anonymous or non-personal information as described below. Additionally, our third-party partners may collect non-personal information for the purposes of customizing and enhancing user experience, analytics, advertising, traffic optimization, application distribution, and IT support.

We and our third-party partners may collect non-personal information or anonymous information including device type, IP address, unique device ID, unique identifiers, application and browser usage information, referring URLs, end user traffic and routing data, country code, device brand, device model, device carrier, language preference, operating system name and version, browser type, timestamp, advertisements served, etc.

Information that is collected through automatic data collection

Finger Arts uses persistent and session cookies, as well as other tracking capabilities in order to provide a fun and friendly user experience for you. This includes analyzing your usage of our Finger Art applications and website through the use of Internet technologies, such as cookies, flash technologies, web beacons, pixel tags, and similar technologies. As we expand our Finger Arts applications and services, we may adopt other technologies to enable these customization efforts.

How We Share Information

The Finger Arts application(s) and website are supported by advertising revenue. We may further aggregate and/or anonymize personal information. How Finger Arts uses or discloses this aggregated and/or anonymized information is not subject to any restrictions under this Privacy Policy and we may disclose it to others without limitation for any purpose. As needed to conduct business, we share personal information and non-personal information with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf and with reliable third-parties we work with.
