Today was the day in which Samsung unveiled their next-generation Galaxy S smartphones, the Galaxy S7 and the Galaxy S7 Edge. Along with the main announcement of the two devices, Samsung also unveiled a number of accessories that will be available to buy along with the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge. Moving to the charging side of things and two of the new arrivals we were able get hands on with is the new Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge Wireless Charger and the new Samsung Battery Pack.
The first is a flip case which adopts a trait somewhat made famous by HTC and allows for a dot display to be shown on the front of the case. The Wireless Charger follow on from last year’s option and allows the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge to charge wireless by just being rested against the plate of the charger.

This is the LED View Cover and as well as providing basic notifications, will also allow the answer to answer calls or turn off alarms by simply swiping the cover. This is a charger which offers fast charge wirelessly and one of the main benefits of the charger, is that the phone remains in an upright position. Up next is the Keyboard Cover and this will need little explaining as this is a cover which the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S Edge can be slotted into and allows the smartphones to make use of a physical QWERTY Keyboard. This is another fast charge-enabled solution and will allow a Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge to remain powered while away from a wall socket.

This is a battery pack which will be available in two different power capacities, a 10,200 mAh option and a smaller 5,100 mAh option, for those who do not want to carry around a larger battery pack.
