If you own a 2005 – 2007 Corvette, take note: General Motors has announced a recall that covers 111,889 Corvettes from those model years for potentially faulty low-beam headlamps.
The recall also includes Corvette models from 2008 to 2013, which will be covered under a Customer Satisfaction Program, according to an official company press release. The company says all repairs will be at no cost to customers. Apparently, the issue does not affect the the high beams, turn signals, marker lamps, fog lamps or daytime running lamps.

The Corvette recall is part of a sweeping safety recall announced today by GM that covers various issues that impact a total of 2.7 million vehicles.
GM says it isn’t aware of any crashes, injuries or deaths as a result of the recall issues tied to the Corvette, but to be safe, contact your local Chevy dealer if you own a C6 Corvette, so you can make sure your next cruise is a safe one.
