Dear Parents and Dancers,

As promised, we are sending you a sneak peek at your dancer's costume for the Hip Hop II class on Monday at 5:30 pm:

Two-piece costume includes zip-up jacket and unitard. 3/4 sleeve jacket features Ultra Sparkle front panel. Unitard is shiny spandex with side striped leggings.
BOYS: Stretch satin with elasticized waist and cuffs. Unisex Stretch satin jacket with ribbed cuffs, collar and waistband. Functional pockets and zipper. V-neck boy's T-shirt made with stretchy, matte jersey fabric. Short Sleeve

We will charge the costume fee of $85 + tax for this costume to your account on October 1st.  If you prefer the 3-mo payment plan (Oct 1st, Nov 1st and Dec 1st), please send an email to info@graceconservatory.com.  If you have multiple classes, you only need to send the email once.  This email must be received no later than September 27th, 2023.

If you know that you will not be participating in our Spring Recital, please send an email to info@graceconservatory.com so that we do not order and charge you for a costume.  Spring Recital is May 25, 2024.

Costumes will be ordered by mid-October to ensure delivery by May, 2024, and all costumes are non-refundable.  We cannot cancel orders or return costumes after they are ordered. If your dancer has not been measured in class yet, please make sure this is done in the next couple of weeks.

Please note that whatever class(es) your dancer is currently enrolled in, that is the costume that will be ordered.  If you know you want to switch classes for the Spring season (for example: you are currently in Hip Hop and want to switch to Acro), we need to know this.  We won't be able to order the costume for the Spring class until we know there is room in that class to which to enroll you.  But, at least we will know not to order and charge you for a costume for the current Fall class.

We can't wait until you see your dancer in full costume with a full year of dance instruction! Recital will be a wonderful celebration of what your dancer learned this year.

Warm Regards,
GC Staff
