Dear Inspire Families,
It has been a great month with parent preview, the Arab homecoming parade, and Bring-A-Friend week! We have loved seeing your students share their passion for dance and twirling with their friends! They have already learned so much in such a short amount of time!!!
Just a few reminders as we head into October:
Required Dress Code:
Students must be in their required attire for class next week. This includes clothing, shoes, and hair pulled back out of their face. Ex. a ballet student MUST be in tights and a leotard and hip hop student MUST wear sneakers. Any student who does not meet dress code will be asked to sit out during class and complete a dance worksheet during their class time.
Fall Break / Studio Open: October 5th - October 9th
Next week will be OPEN and have regularly scheduled classes.
Tuition Due / Auto-Pay: October 1st
Monthly tuition is due on Thursday, October 1st. Auto-pay accounts will be processed on this date. A $5 late fee will be charged on the 5th of the month for delinquent accounts. Per our policy, students who are 2 months past due will be asked to sit out during class until the account is in good standing. If you are in need of a payment plan, please contact me at info@inspiredancestudio.net.
Spirit Week: October 25 - 30th
Students are allowed to dress in costume to class this week! It must be something they are able to dance or twirl in or be able to be removed to not hinder their participation. Each day our staff will pick a student with the "Best Costume". Each winner will receive a $20 Amazon gift card!
Recital Costume Fee Due: Nov 2nd
Our staff is already planning an amazing end of the season recital! Class costume fee is $88 including sales tax. This includes costume, accessories, and tights needed for the recital. We will begin measuring for costumes during the first week of November.
Arab Christmas Parade: Thursday, December 3rd
Students of all ages are invited to participate in the Arab Christmas Parade!
More details coming soon!!!
With gratitude,
