Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to the Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change Application known as the Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change App (referred to herein as the “App”) and governs data collection and usage. Collection of your Personal Information. Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change collects
personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or
work address, telephone number, credit card and other credit information (referred
to herein as “personal information”). Please do not submit to us sensitive
personally identifiable information such as credit card information, driver's
license numbers or other financial information through our contact form.
There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change for the operation of the App, to maintain quality of the App, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the App.
Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable
information or personally sensitive data through Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change public
message boards or other Communication Services, this information may be
collected and used by others. Note: Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change does not read any of
your private online communications.
Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites
and Apps (collectively “Linked Apps”) you choose to link to from Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change so that you can understand how those Linked Apps collect, use and
share your information. Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change is not responsible for the
privacy policies or other content on Linked Apps outside of the App.
Use of your Personal Information. Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change collects and uses your
personal information to operate the App and deliver the services you have
requested, including but not limited to depositing funds in your virtual wallet
with Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change, purchasing and sending gift cards to designated
recipients, purchasing carwash and other services offered by Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change, and to deliver the contents of the App. Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change also
uses your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products
or services available from Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change and its affiliates. Personal
information is also used for any other purpose for which you have provided it
for and to personalize the App for you. Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change may also contact
you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or
of potential new services that may be offered. Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change may also
utilize your personal information in any other way Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change describes
at the time you provide the information.
In order for Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change to provide services and deliver content on the App, Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change may need to share your personal information with third parties who provide support services for the App, perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change will provide these third parties only with the personal information necessary to perform the work for which they were contracted. users visit within the App, in order to determine what Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change services
are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and
advertising within Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change to customers whose behavior indicates
that they are interested in a particular subject area.
Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change will disclose your personal information, without notice,
only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action

For example, if you personalize Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change pages, or register with the App or services, a cookie helps Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. Security of your Personal Information. Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change secures your
personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change secures the personally identifiable information you provide on
computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from
unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as a
credit card number) is transmitted to other Apps, it is protected through the
use of encryption. Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change requires that all third parties to
whom your personal information is disclosed maintain physical, electronic, and
procedural safeguards that are at least as protective as those employed by Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change.
No information from Children. Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change will never knowingly or intentionally collect any personal information about children under the age of 13. If Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change obtains actual knowledge that it has collected personal information about a child under the age of 13, that information will be immediately removed from its records. When you submit personal information to us through the App, you may be given an opportunity to opt in to receive additional information at the time of submitting your personal information to us. If you opt in, you may be added to our list of users who will receive promotional and marketing communications from us, our partners, and/or other third parties. If you initially opt in to receive such communications and you later decide that you no longer want to receive them, you may opt out of receiving promotional and marketing communications from us and/or our partners and other third parties by contacting Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change at the address provided below.
Changes to the Privacy Policy. Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change will occasionally update
this Policy to reflect company and customer feedback. Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change encourages
you to periodically review this Policy to be informed of how Rainforest Carwash & Oil Change
is protecting your information.
Changes to Your Personal Information. You can review and change your personal information by logging into the App and visiting your account profile page. If you delete content that you have submitted to the App, copies of your submitted content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other App users.
Other Apps. This App contains links to other Linked Apps. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of any third party.
In the event that any of the provision of this Policy shall be held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be unimpaired, and the unenforceable provision shall be replaced by such enforceable term or provision as comes closest to the intention underlying the unenforceable term of provision.
