Point-of-Use Support

Teachers and administrators see point-of-use support when they first log in to Heinemann Flight. These informative pop-up boxes and step-by-step guides are designed to help you learn how to navigate the  platform and complete tasks without having to open a new window or leave the platform. Click the "i"icon to open point-of-use support.

Click  the X icon to close point-of-use boxes.

Info Center

The Info Center provides point-of-use assistance to teachers and administrators.

To open the Resource Center:

Click the Info Center icon in the lower right corner of most pages. The Info Center dialog box opens. Click Help from the Info Center to view the following options:

Online Help

Online Help is a comprehensive, searchable help system.

To open Help:

  1. In the upper right corner of the banner, click the Help (question mark) icon . The  Help panel displays on the right side of the page.

  1. Click the View All Help Topics link. Online Help opens in a new browser window.

Help offers a Table of Contents panel, which provides an organized grouping of Help topics, and Search fields to help you locate the information that you need. See details as follows:

To locate topics using the Table of Contents, browse topics using the Table of Contents panel located on the left side of the Help page.

To locate topics using the Search fields, type a word, words, or key phrase in the field. A list of the topics that match your search entry display in the TOC panel. Click a topic title to open and view that topic.

Note: To open the search field in Table of Contents panel, click the search icon (magnifying glass)  .
