Start a MAP Growth Assessment

If your school offers MAP Growth Assessments, your teacher will provide instructions about when the test is ready for you to start.  The test is opened directly from your HMH Ed Home page.

Note: If you do not see a MAP Growth Assessment card on your Home page, your school does not offer this option.

 

To join a MAP Growth Assessment:

 

➔    On your Home page, move to the MAP Growth Assessment card to see if the test is ready to start.

–      If your teacher has not started a test session, you see a Standing by for launch image and message on the MAP Growth card.

You can click the Student Resources link in the card to open helpful information including a practice test.

–      If your MAP Growth test session is ready to start but you have not started the test yet, you see the Let’s Go button and image on the MAP Growth card.

Click the Let’s Go button to launch the test.

–      If you are taking the MAP Growth test (even if the test is paused), you see the following image on the MAP Growth card.

If you have questions, check with your teacher.

When you have finished taking the test, the MAP Growth card returns to the Standing by for launch image and message.
