If your organization wants to prevent teachers from accessing the AI Tools options, administrators with access can select a setting on the Preferences page to hide the AI Tools tab and disable this option for teachers. By default, this setting is turned off, so that the AI Tools page is available for teachers to use.
1. On the left panel of the My Schools page, click Preferences.
The Preferences page appears.
2. Scroll to the AI Tools section and select the check box for Disable and hide AI Tools for teachers.
3. Click Save and Update. A success message appears confirming that the changes to preferences are saved.
Once you save this selection, teachers in your district will no longer see the AI Tools tab within Ed.
