The Our AI Tools checklist page provides you with options to view and manage AI Tools.
1. In the HMH Ed™ banner, click the Home tab and then in the Our AI Tools card, click the Start button.
The Our AI Tools page appears and the status displays as "In Progress."
2. Select from these information cards:
– AI in Your District – (District Administrators only) Click the title link to manage AI Tools permissions for your district.
– Managing AI Tool Access – Click the title link to view information about the AI Tools usage.
– Rest Assured: Privacy & Security – Click the title link to view information about the AI Tools data policy.
3. When you have completed an item, click the Mark As Complete button. The card is moved to the end of the list and marked as "Completed."
Note: You can reopen an information card by clicking Resume or (if marked as complete) View.
