Title: Native Advertising Q & A

Hey there,

Today in our final email I’ll summarize native advertising,
and answer a few commonly asked questions so you know everything
you need to know in order to get started.

First up,

Q: What is considered the best type of content for native advertising
campaigns?

A: This is easy. Anything that provides exceptional value, that your
reader is hungry for, and interested in.

Focus on storytelling, create original high-quality content that can’t
be found anywhere else on your website, and be helpful and informative.

In other words, don’t be afraid to share your tips, strategies, or provide
a solution to a common problem in your market or industry. The more value
you provide, and the more you aren’t afraid to share with your audience, the
easier it will be to encourage them to explore your products and offers, and
above all else - to remember your brand.

Q: Should I write my own native advertising content?

A: That’s a tricky one. It really depends on your ability to craft killer
content. Do you currently write the content for your websites and blog? If so,
then perhaps you have a knack for it. If not, outsource it to professionals.

One of the best places to find seasoned freelance professionals is on Upwork.com.
Post a job (it doesn’t cost you anything) and interview applicants who respond
to your job posting. You’ll find the perfect candidate, in no time. Just be clear
with what you need from your writer. Explain who your audience is, what kind
of information they are most interested in, and how the content will be used.

Q: Should I write my native content based on SEO?

A: It’s certainly not a bad idea! But remember that your content will be featured
on another website, leading visitors to yours. So the SEO will drive traffic to
your content, but not directly to your website. Make sense?

Q: If I am able to budget for just one content discovery network. Which one
would you recommend?

A: Facebook. While it operates slightly differently than some of the others, it’s
definitely an easy one to get into. You can start by creating a post and boosting
it for just $5, and go from there. If you are especially new at any sort of
paid advertising, Facebook is definitely the place to start.

Q: How much will it cost me to be featured on a Content Discovery Network?

A: That really depends on the network, but you can expect to pay between 10-50
cents per visit.

I hope this answers some of your questions, and helps you get started
with native advertising.

I wish you the very best.

To your success,
