Title: Campaign Killers (Mistakes To Avoid)

Hello,

When it comes to traffic generation campaigns, one
mistake can cost you an arm and a leg. And if you’re
on a tight budget, you really can’t afford to be making
silly errors, especially ones that you could easily
avoid, right?

Native advertising truly is drop dead easy. That’s not
to say that you can’t make mistakes in your campaigns,
but if you follow the proven formula outlined in my
report, you should be well on your way to building
successful advertising campaigns.

That being said, there are a few things I want you to
be careful of. Avoid doing this at all cost.

Mistake #1: Link, and link again.

Your content should be designed to educate, entertain
and inform. Native advertising will do the job of
funnelling traffic to your website, and maximizing your
brand exposure IF you avoid the pitfall of turning your
content into one giant advertisement.

It’s important to understand that the real power in
native advertising is in your ability to feature your
content alongside other relevant content AND on leading,
authority and news sites that have the power to send you
an unlimited amount of traffic.

This means do NOT over link, over-talk about your company
or business, and especially do NOT over-promote yourself

Let your high quality, RELEVANT content do the work for you!

Mistake #2: Don’t be too serious.

The best native advertising campaigns are always the ones
that focus on engaging and entertaining their audience.

In fact, some of the best campaigns feature cartoons, funny
video clips (that have gone viral), and humorous articles
that keep it light, and keep it fun. Focus on engaging your
visitor and giving them a reason to check out who you are, and
what you have to offer.

(And increase your chances of going viral, at the same time!)

Mistake #3: Keep it simple.

Your content doesn’t have to be the authority piece of the
century. Many of the most effective native advertising campaigns
are actually those that share images with funny captions, or
in the case of Call of Duty, they set up an article that included
11 jokes that only COD gamers would know. This article went viral
within hours. You can find the link, along with other case studies
and examples in the main report.

Mistake #4: Become a storyteller.

Write your content as though you are telling a story. Have a beginning,
a middle, and an end. Keep it exciting and moving along. Your
readers will appreciate this format, and it’s an easy structure to
get used to using when crafting content. It’ll also keep it organized.

Ask your reader questions. Use intriguing images or videos, and work at
shaping your content so that it speaks to your audience.

They’ll love you for it.

Next up we’ll talk about content discovery networks, and how they’ll
transform your marketing campaigns quickly, and easily.

Until then,
