types of websites are dying a slow, painful death in favor
of Youtube and all the big social media giants.

If you have your own email list, you have a source of
traffic that no one can take away from you. As long as you
download a copy of your list so you can migrate it to 
another service, you will never lose it, even if you
happen to get banned from your current list provider.

The trouble is that building a list is not easy. 

The average person isn’t going to opt-in to your email 
list just because you ask them to.

People have been burned too many times by places claiming
they wouldn’t spam them, but ending up on a list sending
too many messages with no easy way to opt out.

It’s a lot harder to gain their trust. It requires a lot
more effort than it used to.

Over the next few days, we’re going to discuss some of 
the best ways you can get people to willingly join your
email list.

Not only that, we’ll also cover ways to make sure those
people STAY on your list, and that they regularly open
and read your messages, and even look forward to them!
