New to the Lockerstor series is the additional two slots for M.2 storage as all Lockerstor Gen2 series now come with four M.2 slots for NVMe drives. The all-new standard PCIe 3.0 slot on the Lockerstor 4 Gen2 and Lockerstor 6 Gen2 give you the choice between SSDs or 10-Gigabit Ethernet cards with the use of a software switch for a faster and stronger solution. |

The Lockerstor Gen2 series come with dual 2.5-Gigabit Ethernet ports, which ensure amazing speeds for an amazing price. The Lockerstor Gen2 is able to combine both of its network ports using the recently-added SMB Multichannel to exceed 2.5 Gbps, resulting in up to 5 Gbps of performance. Also found in the Lockerstor are two USB 3.2 Gen 2x1 ports. Each provide up to 10 Gbps of performance, doubling USB 3.2 Gen 1x1, shortening the transfer of 1TB files from about 29 minutes to 14 minutes, making design work more efficient. |
