EZ Connect – An…EZ Way to Connect to Your NAS

We all know that your ASUSTOR NAS brings easy access to your data at home, but there are large numbers of people who want to access when they are away from home. ASUSTOR EZ Connect helps you connect to your NAS and access data from outside the network. EZ Connect also supports ASUSTOR’s line of smartphone and tablet apps, including, but not limited to AiMaster, AiData, AiFoto 3 and AiMusic.

Attaining a Cloud ID
Want to connect to your NAS? You’ll need a Cloud ID before using EZ Connect. A Cloud ID helps identify your NAS and will be used for logging into your NAS and makes remembering your NAS’s address easier.

High Speed Access
Use ASUSTOR EZ Connect for Windows to easily connect to your NAS and access data at high speeds. ASUSTOR EZ Connect does not require changing your router settings. 

Connect in a Pinch 
Having trouble connecting through ASUSTOR EZ Connect or you are a MAC user? Use ezconnect.to the relay service that enables a connection to your NAS through ASUSTOR servers when you aren’t able to connect directly but need that important document immediately. 
Five Steps to Access Your Data from Outside
1.    Click Settings. 
2.    Navigate to EZ Connect
3.    Create a Cloud ID if not done already
4.    Enable EZ Connect
5.    Use your Cloud ID to connect to EZ Connect or ezconnect.to.
