Ticketing

Choose the automatic ticket creation behavior for each Device Type.

Select On to generate a ticket in MSP Manager when a check failure or device outage is reported on the Monitoring Dashboard.

For each device type, Server and Workstation:

  1. Use the slider to enable (On) or disable (Off) automatic ticket creation
  2. Click Next to proceed to the next stage
