Remote Access from the Wall Chart

When Take Control or the TeamViewer integration is enabled on a device, a connection to the device may be established directly from the Wall Chart.

Devices where Take Control was successfully installed are indicated by the green circle under the (Take Control) column; with the TeamViewer integration enabled devices indicated by the green circle under the (TeamViewer) column.

Simply select the device on the Wall Chart and click the corresponding Take Control or TeamViewer button to download the file and initiate the session.

Regardless of the method used to initiate the session, downloading and running the TVC file automatically opens the Take Control (TeamViewer) or TeamViewer Viewer (when installed on the device) and creates a connection to the selected remote computer.
