Repair Permissions on Installed Packages

Script Type: Bash

This task compares the POSIX and ACL permissions on files and folders installed by Apple .PKG format installers against the receipts left by those installers.

Where the permissions of items in the file system do not match the corresponding receipt, then they are reset to match the receipt’s permissions.

Parameters	Notes
Only run script if user is logged out	The user receive aa notification if they are logged in when the task tries to run, prompting them to logout.
Hide macOS notification when script is run	This option allows you to run the task without notifying the user.
