Policy drop-down options

The following policy options are available for the Bitdefender and VIPRE engines.

Bitdefender

Add exclusion to policy

1. Add exclusion dialog
2. Choose whether to add a File/Process or Folder exclusion in Type
3. Tick the checkbox against each policy to Apply exclusion to these policies
4. Save to apply

VIPRE

Allow Threat

1. Allow Threat - Select policies dialog
2. Tick the checkbox against each policy to Allow Threat
3. OK to apply.

 

Add Exception

1. Add Exception dialog
2. Select the Mode, Always Allow or Always Block.
3. Choose whether to add a File, Folder or Path exception in Type
4. Click Next
5. Add Exception - Select policies dialog
6. Tick the checkbox against each policy to Add Exception
7. OK to apply]

Category: Allow, Report, Quarantine and Delete

1. Select required Category
2. Category Name - Select policies dialog
3. Tick the checkbox against each policy to assign the category selection
4. OK to apply
